A word about Carson City's age restriction for moving mobile or manufactured homes
We are sorry to report that Carson City does not allow mobile or manufactured homes to be moved into the city's mobile home parks unless such homes are 15 years old or newer.
The only exception to this restriction is if the home is moved from within the city limits. If this is the case, the home being moved can be of any age.
